I really liked this! It was very light hearted and fun, and I think everyone can identify with the mystery of a missing sock, and the portal was as good an explanation as any, so your absurd plot worked out in the end. I liked your art and animation style too, it was kind of dirty and grungy, reminded me somewhat of "AHHHH! Real Monsters" if you recall that cartoon. AND you supplemented it all with the Dill Pickles Rag, which from what I understand is an actual, real thing.

Good work, and good luck in the tournament.

Well the concept came from the dumb idea of "waking up without one sock", so I'm glad it was relatable, hehehh. Also, I was a big fan of the 90s Nicktoons, and in a way I think they were an influence for my drawings.
Thanks Krash!

Gracias men! :D Saludos

This was great to me, reminiscent of the best parts of Robot Chicken. I think the varying animation quality actually lends something to this, it makes it feel really neurotic. The whole thing had me laughing, especially the part with the guy playing the game at his computer. Whatever it was that you were dealing with, I'm glad you were able to channel that energy into this project, I really enjoyed this.

Wow lol.. I don't think the writing was quite that good but thanks. It was mostly an experiment more than anything and I learnt a lot from this. Just a shame it got put on hold an untouched for about 4 years.

Just some images of ed, edd, n' eddy and a bunch of microsoft sam recordings of them talking about how much they love gay intercourse. I can't believe I sat through the whole thing. If you love juvenile humor, go ahead and watch it, but if you are offended by homosexual slurs or explicit sexual language, don't even bother.

Love the hand-drawn art, the song is great, made me laugh.

Haha great job! Thanks for this submission.

Really liked the choice of music here, I feel like it helps set the mood for your story a lot. The art is great, although I was expecting some animation and was a little disappointed that it was lacking animation.

Made me feel like I was watching my brother play final fantasy when I was a kid. I dig your story. Keep it up! Would love to see this fully animated, like a silent film. The music just sets the scenes so well I almost feel like dialogue could get in the way.

exninja123 responds:

thanks a lot!
hopefully for the future, i'll animate some scenes out :)

Wow, what a great animation. What I'm getting out of this is a hilarious and touching story about the power of a truly strong friendship. Your ability to tell a story without using any dialogue is an absolutely pure artform, and it is more commendable than I can find the words to describe. I hope your team finds great success in the future. I'd be delighted to see your work on the big screen someday. I honestly feel like you could have a future there and bring a renaissance of animation to the mainstream.

Be excellent to each other.
